Located in the Village of Monterey with one of the Berkshire's most glorious views of lake, woods and the mountains of three states, this attractively appointed home was custom-built in 1989 and has been meticulously maintained. Large living room/dining room (16 x 44), spacious kitchen with marble island; den with flat-screen Satellite TV, DVD & VCR, full bath off den, two fireplaces, delightful screened-in porch and two upper decks. Master bedroom/bath suite with whirlpool and sauna. Two guest/family bedrooms plus bath also on the second floor. Lower level: small office equipped with desk, fax and computer access line. Family room with pull-out sofa for extra sleeping, full bath, extensive outside decking (40 x 24). This home also has central air-conditioning. Minutes to Great Barrington, Stockbridge, Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood.
