Summit #300 is a completely refurbished three bedroom/ two bathroom condo with a rating of "premiere". The location of the unit is ideal because of its proximity to the tennis court, barbecue area and pool/spa.
The unit boasts an attractive and contemporary look with its light decor, sleek furniture and new berber carpet. The high vaulted ceilings allow for plenty of sunlight and open up to two large balconies. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, recessed lighting and bar seating for four.
