The cabin consists of two interior rooms. The large kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and toaster oven, coffee maker, sink, pantry and lots of cupboards, and a table and chairs. The main room has a king-size bed, dresser, a hide-a-bed, a couch, chairs, TV/DVD/VCR player, and a walk-in changing closet.
New this year! We've added a bathroom. Yes, indoor plumbing with hot water. Shower only. The outhouse is still located to the rear and side of the cabin, if needed.
We do not supply linens for the cabin, so bring your own linens and/or sleeping bags.
Off the screened-in porch is a large deck over-looking Flathead Lake and Wild Horse Island. The deck has a gas barbecue, patio fireplace, and a table w/ chairs.
The hideaway has over a 150 feet of private pebble beach. The beach area is quite wide (about 75 feet) providing lots of room to throw a ball or Frisbee. Since the lake shore in this area is all round rock, the water is exceptionally clear. The property has two anchor buoys in the lake. They are each chained to 4000 lb. cement anchor blocks. If you have a boat, you are welcome to keep your boat on these during your stay.
After you have enjoyed the incredible sunset over Flathead Lake, it is time to light the bonfire. We supply plenty of firewood (across from the cabin's entry door).
The parking area above the cabin has an area light and switch on the power pole. There is also an RV electric box with 50amp, 30amp, and standard 115v plug-ins.
