Estate, 7 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 22)

This home is truly a "one of a kind" family reunion / corporate private retreat.

Built in the 1890's on the most premier property on Powers Lake (just seven miles from Lake Geneva and minutes over the Illinois border) this home was completely renovated from a former B&B into a unique single family historic residence. Original leaded/stained glass, millwork, coffered ceilings and 1890 design elements have all been restored to their original glory.

Property amenities include; 2 beautiful rolling acres of open space, 1,000 feet of water frontage flanking three sides of the residence, a private beach, stone terraced patio, 3 fire pits, 2 boat docks, expansive water views and incredible privacy. Every room in this house has a unique lake view.

Powers Lake is a spring fed inland lake and one of the cleanest swimming lakes in Wisconsin which allows all types of boating and jet skiing.

The property features a main house which can sleep 22 comfortably in bed!!! A wonderful covered swing at the tip of the property compliments the open green space for all types of outdoor activities.

For an additional rental charge; a new sport pontoon boat w/ 150 hp engine set up for tubing, wake-boarding and water sking, a 25' water trampoline, two- 2 man kayaks.

Off-Site Recreational opportunities within minutes of the property include ski resorts, world class golf, antiqueing, spas, hunting, skeet shooting, cross county skiing, paintball, an indoor water park and more.

The Perfect House

We have 16 people in our extended family and have been searching for the perfect home to have our annual holiday gathering for several years. We have finally found it!!! Nancy and John are fabulous to work with and their wonderful home is warm and inviting. The beds are very comfortable and the home's seven large bedrooms and four bathrooms, is exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and amenities, just like at home. The three large common areas are fantastic and provided enough space for the grand kids and the adults to hang out together and separately. We can't wait to come back! Where do we begin

Nancy and John, Where do we begin - Our family LOVED staying here! We had a sing-a-long by the camp fire. We put on a family talent show in the living room. The beds and linens were all a treat for weary relatives. We played games on the enclosed porch and the braver ones swam in the lake. Three floors with living rooms was a nice thing we have seldom seen. We all look forward to staying here again.

Dear Mr. and Mrs Economou, What a delightful time our family had this past week. We were "4" arms of this family - Florida, Rhode Island, New Jersey and Wisconsin. We ranged from 3 to 76 years of age, and good time was had by all. We especially enjoyed the water activities - and the great weather you kindly provided!! The lovely house was spacious and had so many areas for different groups to spend time either together or peaceful alone. Thank you!
