The Luau Towers are the talk of Sandestin Beachside! This luxury one bedroom, one bath condominium is located within one of the top beach resorts in all of Florida. The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort has something to please everyone seeking the ideal beach vacation. This 2500-acre, beautifully landscaped resort has four championship golf courses, an on-site fitness center, biking trails throughout the resort, a full-service marina and of course, the most beautiful sugar white beaches.

This seventh floor unit provides beautiful views of the Choctawatchee Bay. The sunsets from this condo are amazing! In addition, the Luau Towers offer Observation Decks on the 17th floor for even more breathtaking views of the gulf and resort. What better place to start the morning or finish a relaxing day at Sandestin.

Professionally designed and decorated, this unit offers you and your family total relaxation. The unit features a king bed in the master and a sleeper in the family room! We have two of these units for those with parties traveling together. This condo is upgraded with granite countertops in the kitchen and designer finishings throughout.

The Luau sits back about 300 yds from the beach with a dedicated walkway directly to the beach. What a marvelous vacation to create memories!
