In spite of an advance reservation this home was not ready for rental. When opening the dishwasher it fell from the cabinet. Pool light broken. lightbulbs missing. broken statues&pots. No phone or internet (the agents answer for internet was to cheat off next door but she could never get the password right) We repaired these issues at our own expense and time (4 hours alone to reinstall the dishwasher) When it was time for our damage deposit refund we were told it was being kept for propane use,very odd as our lease included utilities and a broken pot which we pointed out to the agent was broken on our arrival. a different way to treat people who tried to help out. holiday or handyman your call !!
Owner's Response: The rentor was fully aware the house had just undergone a complete remodel. They were given a discounrted rate. All items have been repaired and the house has never looked better!
