Location, Location, Location! This Large, two-story, Townhouse-style, Condominium Home is located in the security gated 'Mountain Shadows Resort Complex.'

The Townhouse is located on the 14th Green at Legends Golf Course! This one of two courses are managed by the Arnold Palmer Group and they are both maintaied superbly. From the living room window, den window, and upstairs bedrooms, you can view the 14th Green and the 15th Tee. Arnie re-designed the two side by side courses: 'Legends' and 'Resort'. I personally love the Legends course but it's great to switch off every other day! The serene atmosphere, magnificent views, and peacefulness will surely rejuvenate your spirit! The security gated complex has a wonderful walking path that will get your heart pumping. The six swimming pools and large spa will soothe your bones and don't forget the two tennis courts that have lighting for you night time players!

The 1551 square foot unit has a flowing floor plan that will offer privacy to your whole family or group. All bedrooms are located upstairs and the huge master bedroom suite has its private bathroom, vanity and plenty of closet space. The over-sized kitchen has all the appliances and cooking utensils. Our large screen TV offers a combination DVD and VCR capabilities and the cable system. Once you park in the covered area, you walk through a gate that takes you into your private patio with barbecue grill, table, and chairs. **RECENT UPGRADES: PLANTATION SHUTTERS THROUGH OUT AND THE ENTIRE 1st LEVEL HAS NEW CERAMIC TILE**

In closing, mi casa es su casa (my home is your home). Once you stay here, you will want to come back again and again and again! We also appreciate your feedback and suggestions that will make your stay, as they say in Hawaii, 'More Better'

My wife and I Love to travel. We have so many things in common that it doesn't seem like we've been married for 30-years.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2005
Why The Owner chose Palm Springs

We Love our 2nd home get away. It's less than 2-hours away. The desert has a great appeal to our senses. We Love to bring our friends and children and grand children to our place. The pools & spa are special and the upkeep of our Mountain Shadows complex is the best in the desert. We also trade our place for places that our friends and occupants own in different parts of the country.

Wonderful accommodations/great location

We were delighted with the 14th T condo. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. The kitchen was well appointed and the surrounding grounds were lush and attractive. A number of swimming pools are nearby with the main pool and hot tub just a short, pleasant walk away. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone .
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: We love the six pools and the tennis courts in the evenings.
With two golf courses right there, it give you the opportunity to lower that handicap! The morning serenity with my coffee helps me refocus and renew my energy level.

Comfortable family friendly place

We had a great time staying at your place. The grounds are really beautiful, and it was really convenient to the town. A nice sunny break from our winter weather. The condo has all the basics, less fancy than a lot of other places we looked at, but clean and comfortable.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
