Character abounds in this renovated furnished apartment in this 19th century townhouse on a quiet, tree-lined South End street. Just 5-10 minutes from the Back Bay subway station and Copley Square and a few blocks to trendy Tremont Street with many of the city’s hottest restaurants, these South End accommodations boast comfort, convenience and charm.

This is a spacious, 1 or 2 bedroom, 2-level apartment with a bedroom with queen bed on the street level in the back. From the bedroom you descend one flight of stairs to a full kitchen, living room with a single sleep sofa, bathroom and a comfortable den (or 2nd bedroom) with a queen futon sleep sofa. A door in the den provides views of and access to the townhouse’s pretty patio/backyard. All linens and kitchen equipment are provided. Montgomery St at Dartmouth St, Boston MA 02116. Parking is available in nearby public garages, which range between $20-$36/night.

My wife and I stayed at this rental for a winter trip to Boston. The location is perfect with close access to many of the T lines and walking distance to great places in Back Bay, downtown, etc. The apartment itself has plenty of space, excellent amenities, and is in great condition. Most of all, the property manager is fantastic and will ensure you have a great stay while you're there. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable apartment in Boston. Our son was hospitalized at Boston Children's Hosp and it was pretty close, def a walk but by cab 5 minutes away. Close to downtown, shopping, the train, and also the airport. The only thing I would say is the futons are not the most comfortable downstairs but still very accommodating.

Great service, perfect location!!

Julia was more than accomodating during a very stressful time. We got stuck in Boston during the Hurrican Sandy and Julia was able to extend our stay multiple times as we waited for our flights to be rebooked. We stayed with two young children and we all had a blast! I was able to walk to the Hynes Convention Center for my conference and felt safe even when walking in teh early hours (6:30am) and returning late in the night (10:00+).

Many thanks for the flexibility and the hospitality!!!

Excellent apartment

Excellent location; many great restaurants around the corner on Tremont St.; short walk to the "T". Beautiful city, great sightseeing. Julia and her son were very helpful. Excellent wine store around the corner! Would stay here again, and recommend it to friends. Apartment was clean and well-maintained. Photos accurately reflect the apartment, although the lay-out is a liitle confusing (1 bedroom upstairs, the other down).
