This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa is spacious and bright with marble floors and air conditioning throughout. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and granite counters. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large pantry area equipped with washer and dryer. The glass table in the dining area seats 6-8 people comfortably. Both the living and dining area have access to a private terrace with a fan to keep you comfortable on those hot days and nights. With a touch of Mexican decor, the living area provides a comfortable seating area with sky satellite TV, DVD player, and a stereo surround system.

Additional services: The guest bedroom is on the ground floor, with 2 queen size beds and a full private bath. The master bedroom is located on the second floor, with a king size bed, private terrace, walk-in closet and a full private bathroom. The master terrace overlooks the garden area and cenote-style pool below. Upon request and availability we can offer you an in house cook, private taxi, shuttle van, excursions, nanny service and an in house masseuse. If you like you can send us your grocery list and we can have it ready upon your arrival!
