Escape the summer heat and enjoy the fresh mountain air at Rene’s Empire House Condo. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to groceries and historic downtown Main Street. From the condo Park City Golf Course is less than a mile away. If golfing is not for you, there is an array of summer activities to keep the entire family busy. Park City has hundreds of trails for nature hikes as well as mountain biking and horseback riding. Enjoy this oversized spacious interior. This condo is over 800 square feet and was recently remodeled and is decorated nicely with slate floor tile, new carpet, a big screen TV, plus a brand new bathroom with a steam mist sauna. It offers a great family game area at the circular dining room table. Rene’s Park City condo has a full equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, cable TV, free Wi-Fi Internet with private balcony off the master bedroom where you can enjoy firing up the BBQ if you choose to. This unit sleeps 4 and is suited perfectly for a family of 4. Enjoy the King Size bed in master bedroom with sleeper sofa in living room. Quality linens and towels included. Free underground parking is available. Once you arrive in Park City free public transportation is available if you are not renting a car. Keep in mind there is also affordable shuttle service from the airport to the condo.

Welcome to Utah’s Park City, this unique mountain village is located only 35 miles for the Salt Lake International Airport and is wonderful summer getaway. About Rene Prina

Hi, I'm Rene and this is my family. My husband Ted and my two sons, Zeff & Zane. We reside in Central, Arizona which is about one hundred and eighty miles east of Phoenix. The town of Central is 10 minutes away from Safford where my husband Ted grew up. The small farming community produces cotton and has been a great place to raise my kids. I am a true native Californian. Born and raised in Oceanside, 35 miles north of San Diego. Skiing has always intrigued me and I learned to ski in Breckenridge, Colorado in my early twenties. Both of my boys have been skiing at the age of 3 and my husband learned after we married.

Our family has skied in many different locations in the Western States. Utah's snow and powder are the 'Best' in the west. We love that fact that you can arrive at the airport and be on the slopes in less than an hour. The charming town of Park city is surrounded by three world class resorts, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and The Canyons. We like the Ski Resort being right next to town. No driving down the mountain in a snow storm after a hard day of skiing. Many restaurants, the grocery store, and even the movie theatre are just minutes away. Park City is also a great summer get-a-way with lots of things for the entire family to do.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is located directly across the street from Park City Mountain Resort - a very short walk and you are on the lift. No need for a car in Park City, everything is within walking distance, or there is a free shuttle service for those cold nights.

  • The bathroom this past year was totally remodeled. The remodel included new cabinets, granite counter tops, all new fixtures and a huge tub/shower combination with a steam mist system. Great for those sore muscles after a long day on the slopes. The tub/shower is separated from the vanity area to provide more privacy to each guest. Off the vanity area is a huge walking closet to hold all those bulky ski clothes and jackets. Comfort items like extra bedding and pillows are stored here as well as condo necessities, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc. The entire unit has radiant floor heating, so walking bare foot through the bathroom is not a problem. The floors are nice and warm.

  • Master Bedroom: This large spacious master suite has a comfortable king size bed & is decorated nicely in a mountain motif. You can get cozy and warm as you lie in bed to watch cable television or your favorite DVD. You can also read a good book and enjoy the view of snow coming down through the double doors opening to your own private balcony. If you feel like venturing out in the cold night, you can watch the snow groomers working on the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort. There is a small table and two chairs for your usage.

We rented this condo for 9 nights while skiing and Park City and other mountains in the Salt Lake City area in March 2013. This condo is about a five minute walk from the base of Park City. It is in an attractive, small building. The condo itself is very spacious for a couple and could easily sleep a family of four. The condo is very attractive, extremely clean, and perfectly maintained. The owner made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The next time we ski at Park City, we will try to book this condo.

This my second time staying at Empire House and once again it was a great experience. The unit was clean and neat with easy access to PCMR (right across the street) and a very short bus ride or taxi to Main St. Management was very friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend and would stay here again.

We loved staying within walking distance of the resort! This condo was nicely furnished and the king-sized, master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen supplies all you will need, although many great restaurants are located right up the street. We enjoyed relaxing in the steam shower included in the beautiful bathroom.The condo has all the comforts of home and it's obvious that the owners truly want you to enjoy your stay!

cozy, warm, fully-stocked and the BEST location!

10 days/nights of bliss. here's why:
1. it is absolutely beautiful and clean!
2. warm (heated floors, switch-ignited gas fireplace)
3. fun (huge dormer window table perfect for games)
4. comfortable (king size bed with incredible mattress - we looked up the brand so we could get one)
5. stocked (we forgot tons of stuff - rene had it - even sunscreen and chapstick!)
6. location is perfect (walk to lift in 5 minutes or less, walk to main st. in 10)
7. owner is wonderful (first nite had trouble with hot water, called rene, fixed in minutes)
8. washer/dryer in unit
9. location (we didn't rent a car - didn't have to and skied at canyons and deer valley)
10. location. hahaha!
every christmas we go ski and stay in a condo. this blew all the others away. thank you rene!

Best One Bedroom I found in Park City

We recently booked a trip at Rene's place in Park City, and could not have asked for more. Rene is extremely organized, and goes above and beyond to help you prior to, and during your stay. The condo is exactly as advertised in her ad, and very clean. The location is walking distance to the lifts, and a very short distance to downtown. We rented a car, but the public bus system can get you downtown in a couple of minutes. I highly recommend staying at Rene's condo if you're visiting Park City.
