Rene’s Condo is located just a 100 yards from Park City Mountain Resort. It is conveniently close enough to walk home for lunch or grab a hot cup of coco after a morning of skiing. It’s an easy walk to groceries and Main Street; truly a remarkable location. Spacious interior with 800 square feet, this condo was recently remodeled and decorated with slate floor tile and a big screen TV. It has a great family game area at the circular table where you eat. Rene’s Park City condo has a full equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, HD cable TV, free Wi-Fi Internet & private balcony off the master bedroom. This unit sleeps 4 and is great for family of 4. Enjoy the King Size bed in master bedroom with queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Quality linens and towels included. Free underground parking is available.
Our large spacious master suite has a comfortable king size bed & is decorated nicely in a mountain motif. You can get cozy and warm as you lie in bed to watch cable television or your favorite DVD. You can also read a good book and enjoy the view of snow coming down through the double doors opening to your own private balcony. If you feel like venturing out in the cold night, you can watch the snow groomers working on the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort. There is a small table and two chairs for your usage.
The bathroom was recently remodeled. The remodel included new cabinets, granite counter tops, all new fixtures and a huge tub/shower combination with a steam mist system. Great for those sore muscles after a long day on the slopes. The tub/shower is separated from the vanity area to provide more privacy to each guest. Off the vanity area is a huge walk in closet to hold all those bulky ski clothes and jackets. Comfort items like extra bedding and pillows are stored here as well as condo necessities, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc. The entire unit has radiant floor heating, so walking bare foot through the bathroom is not a problem. The floors are nice and warm.

Guestbook comments from the owner
We have arrived home safely and just wanted to thank you for a wonderful visit to Park City. Your condo was perfect: from the well maintained and beautiful deco to the well supplied kitchen. Your detailed instructions covered every contingency and were very clear. We enjoyed several wonderful meals in Park City based on your tip list.
We have traveled around the country using several other "homeaway.com" properties. The Empire house was by far the best maintained and well run.
Thank you for sharing your "little slice of heaven" with us.
Sincerely ~ Bill
Hi, I'm Rene, owner and property manager of Empire House. I reside in Central, Arizona which is about 180 miles east of Phoenix and just an hour from the New Mexico border. The fact that I live out of state has not stopped me from being successful at renting my property. To be in this business you have to pay attention to detail and enjoy communicating with people. I am a true native Californian. Born and raised in Oceanside, 35 miles north of San Diego. Skiing has always intrigued me and I learned to ski in Breckenridge, Colorado in my early twenties. Now at the ripe age of 50, I still enjoy skiing with my family. My husband Ted learned after we married and both of my boys have been skiing at the age of 3.
Well for starters, why not get away and relax in beautiful Park City. The hiking trails, biking, great deals on restaurants and free music concerts keep Park City the happening place. It seems that when we are not renting it out in the winter, it is the ultimate place to travel to in the summer. With kids getting ready for college, it is the perfect opportunity to get away and spend more time with my husband.
Empire House is an old Victorian building built in the early 80's. It's architectural features are distinct and unlike anything you will see in Park City. The location of the condo is directly across from Park City Mountain Resort. Easy to walk to Main St or catch the free shuttle that stops every 10-12 minutes across the street from the property.
