Close to Ocean But Some Important Details Were Left Out of Description....
Positives: As pictured, well equipped, spacious LR, nicely decorated, close to ocean
Negatives: wasn't very clean--I have the pics to prove, so day of arrival I spent cleaning---notified Nancy, she apologized and said she would refund my cleaning fee, NEVER received it even after sending an email!! Sofa bed has the worst mattress ever--can you say...SPRINGS?!! Thankfully there were extra comforters to help somewhat, but by the end of week my son had a sore back. The smaller bedroom with 1 bed--the mattress was so ridiculously squeaky & the ac unit is in the closet, so every time it comes on, you will be awakened with a "bang" noise(which was often)....lastly, if you have bad legs/knees, this isn't the place for you since you have many stairs to climb in order to reach the condo....no elevator!
I wish I could've had only positives, but I feel people should be made aware of EVERYTHING.
I count on reviews when deciding on a place to stay and when you pay $1400 for a weeks stay, you shouldn't have to worry about all these things. We work hard for our money and save for vacation every year. If I had a rental, I would personally make sure the beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and would put a full description in the ad. (if by some chance it wasn't clean and I told the customer I would refund the fee, I would refund it, not just say it and not follow through)

Again, please accept my apologies for the rare and unfortunate incident you encountered on your recent stay. I have been renting the property for 6 six years and using this same cleaning company and have never had a negative review. Upon, receiving your notice, I immediately contacted the cleaning service and was advised a new employee (who is no longer with the service) was responsible for that particular cleaning. I was assured it will not happen again. With regard to your refund, you should have received your check within 30 days of your checkout date. I believe that would be within the upcoming week. Please let me know if that is not the case. We strive to make our quests stay as nice as possible and attempt to provide up to date pictures and descriptions in our listing. We appreciate your additional comments and will take them into consideration.
