This is a full size unit with over 1400 square feet of living space (unlike others you will find that are just over 1000sqft. So make sure you are comparing apples to apples). This unit has been completely remodeled with all new kitchen cabinets, counter tops and appliances, all new high end furnishings, flooring and interior paint. This is a fabulous unit with an open single level floor plan that is great for entertaining as well as relaxing. There is a huge back deck that overlooks the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and the unit is located right on the beach path. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away or you can call the free shuttle service to take you anywhere within the plantation. So, once you arrive you never have to get back in your car again!
