Like home away from home...

Our family has rented this home once a year for the past 2 years. It has really suited our needs. It is like our home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked, so we take turns cooking (8 adults). The other amenities make this property resort-like==we never run out of things to do. These include: hot tub, horseshoes, ping-pong, pool table, large-screen TV, bbq and nice patio, and it is close to town, but out of ear shot. My own personal kudos is that we always have lots of towels! We hope that the owner will rent to us again next year, as this home is clean, large, well-stocked, and conveniently located in S. Lake Tahoe.

Your reassurance really comes at a good time. After almost 200 clients and three years, I recently received a negative review after the cleaners were not scheduled before the guests arrived, and it really made it unpleasant.
It's good to know that this place really is special, and nothing says that better than to have repeat guests. you and your family have "dibs" on Fourth of July weekend as long as you want. Glad you had a good time again this year, and looking forward to many more to come !
