  • RULES & REGULATIONS
    * Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
    * Small dogs are $100 additional (pls inquire).
    * $500 deposit to heat pool. Will settle based on actual propane consumed. Prior arrangement required.
    * Rented only to adults over 25 - No student groups. No smoking in in house.

    BOOKING POLICY
    * 30% deposit required with signed contract within 14 days to reserve dates.
    * Remainder of balance due 60 days prior to visit.
    * $300 security deposit required as separate check at time balance is paid.
    * Signature of contract financially responsible for any damages to structure or contents exceeding $300.
    * Final information and welcome kit sent once balance is paid.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    * Full amount refunded with 60 days written notice of cancellation.
    * Less than 60 days, no refund of deposit unless property re-rented
    * In case of hurricane prior to arrival time (as defined by US Weather Service) or house uninhabitable due to storm - full refund

Doesn't get any better! A must stay in Hilton Head

The photos can't do this house justice, family room, dinning room combo was huge, couch was huge and comfortable. Master bedroom was on the other side of the other bedrooms. The restaurants were amazing, food seemed just to get better and better. Try Alexandra's restaurant, its in walking distance of the house. Or if you feel like grilling go down the road to fresh foods. A bit pricey but worth every penny. Most restaurants close at 2 and reopen at 4. Pool is bigger in person, with a big table and couch outside, there is no reason to every go inside. There is only one neighbor to the left, but has a private feeling to it, you can see the golfers tee off but they can not see you. I would recommend buying some citronella candles or some Off, misquotes will get you after a while. This house is a true a home away from home, homeowners are very nice and helpful. I would recommend staying here 100% worth every penny.

Great Getaway

My husband and I took our 20 month old to Hilton Head for the first time. This home was the perfect choice for our stay. There was plenty of room inside, the kitchen was excellently equipped and the heated pool was wonderful since the week was a little cooler. The owners were easy to make arrangements with, gave good suggestions on places to eat and had everything there you need. We truly relaxed and had a good time.

Great vacation getaway!!

I would like to take this opportunity to first say "thank you" to Chris for giving us the opportunity to rent her beautiful home!

The home was very clean, and neatly decorated. The layout of the home is amazing, very open and airy. The laundry/mud room was huge! A plus when you are coming in from the ocean, and wanting to get rid of those sandy towels! The kitchen was the perfect size for fixing meals in...not to mention the 2 grills right outside on the patio.

The pool area was a huge plus! My son and my nephew couldn't get enough of the pool! I loved being able to catch a few rays while they swam. There is enough privacy from the golf course, and yet you don't feel "barricaded" in. What a beautiful course it is!

If you play golf, then HHI is your vacation destination! There are so many beautiful courses to play. Having the bike rentals, are a plus too!

Again, thanks for opening up your vacation home to us and making it so inviting!!

Great Place for Vacation!

This was a great house and location for a much needed vacation! Everything I needed was within walking distance - tennis, bike rental, the beach, a great general store & restaurant!

The private pool on the patio made it really hard to leave the house! It was the perfect size for playing & relaxing in. The tree coverage around the pool is great for privacy without feeling fenced in!

The layout of the house was great! Very open and some of the nicest furniture I have seen in a rental property! The laundry room was a huge plus - great size washer & dryer so you could was all the towels from the day at once!
The kitchen is just right for the cooking that needs to be done & the charcoal grill on the side porch was great to have.

The beds are really comfortable and there are tvs in each room. The bathrooms are nice and the home comes with plenty of bath towels!!

Another plus to the house is there is a code entry on the garage door - so you didn't have to worry about taking a key everywhere you went!

Overall, this house has things that most rental properties don't offer. It's a great house and I would recommend it to anyone who was headed to Hilton Head!

If you are a tennis player I recommend the tennis facility (about a 5 minute walk from the house) - great lessons & group activities! The bike rental is great as well - really inexpensive and so nice to have to get around Palmetto Dunes - you can even ride them on the beach!

If you like cooking and enjoy great seafood check out Barnacle Bill's - just off Palmetto Dunes. Some of the best scallops & mussles I have ever prepared!

Also, if you need a cab anywhere on the island make sure you call 24hrs ahead! I almost got stuck without a ride to the airport!!
