Great location for tourism ! You can walk to times square , Broadway Shows, and all the restaurants in the area are all top of the line. This will be a truly remarkable vacation in New York. The apartment is absolutely perfect for 2 couples as it offers 2 completely separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in each bedroom. The unit is actually 2 apartments with 2 living rooms , 2 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens. There are 2 queen beds in the bedrooms and and 2 sofa beds in the living room. One of the bedrooms has a LCD television and the living room also has Flat screen television on the wall.

The rate for the 3 bedroom 3 bath is $550 per night I have 3 buildings on this street so if you have a really big party coming into the city for a wedding or occasion I can host 20-30 people on the same street

My friends and I loved this apartment. It was perfect for our needs. The location is perfect as its really close to Times Square and there are tons of great restaurant's. The subway was just down the block. Jean Pierre was a great host he even invited us for a drink at his restaurant next door. Thanks for making this a memorable trip to New York !

Central place in Midtown Manhattan. We walked to times square and Broadway shows. The apartment was new and well maintained. JP greeted us at the apartment and gave us very good food recommendations and even invited us to his restaurant for drinks. Could not ask for more !

Thank you very much for making us feel so welcome in your apartment. Your place was central and all new just the way I like it. We were a group of friends and it suited us perfectly. Thanks for taking the time recommending restaurants etc, your book of references and all your travel books and brochures you have accumulated were a great help during our stay.

We had a group of 6 stay here in June and we absolutely loved the apartment and the location. The place was in perfect condition and very clean. I'm kind of a stickler on cleanliness so this was a relief.
