Seacrest Beach, located in a master-planed community on scenic 30-A, is the perfect place to gather the family to enjoy sugar white sand, emerald waters and the largest swimming pool in the panhandle! Seacrest is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, only 10 minutes from world renowned Seaside and Watercolor communities. During the season, an open air shuttle will pick you up at your door and drive you directly to the beach. The walk is short and easy...just across 30-A. Great restaurants, biking trails, Camp Creek (Fazio design) Golf course are only minutes away. A 30 mile walk, jog, bike trail is at your doorstep. Our home has never been rented, and is only 1 year old. Enjoy 5 balconies and a sunset-viewing screened porch!
