Beaches, Gulf of Mexico, Publix grocery, restaurants, shopping and golf courses are just minutes away. Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins winter homes are 6 and 8 miles away.
Master Bedroom: Marble tub/shower, countertops and twin sinks. Seperate wing from the other bedrooms. Walk-in Closet. Two 4' sliding glass doors to swimming pool and lanai. 46' flat screen TV.
Florida room: Three 4' sliding glass doors over looking the lanai & heated pool. 50' flat screen TV and stereo. Large bay window overlooking the professionally land- scaped yard. Large, leather couch with two reclining chairs. Dining/game table.
Formal Dining Room: Overlooks the lanai and heated pool with two 4 foot sliding glass doors. Features a solid oak dining room set and seating for ten.
Guest Bath: Ceramic tile tub/shower. 11 inch step down with two commercial hand rails.
Formal Living Room: Large bay window with chess/game table and stereo system. Queen size sofa sleeper.
We bought this house in anticipation of retirement. Its in a quiet area (no outlet street) with very friendly neighbors.
The house is conveniently located and literally minutes away from groceries, shopping, movies, beaches, golf and many forms of recreation.
Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful property. We can't say enough about the owner's commitment to making our stay as comfortable as possible, responding to emails/texts immediately if there was a concern. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't a BBQ, but can understand why the owner might have concerns about having one. The property is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. If you just like spending time around the house/pool, it's a perfect spot. We have already recommended this place to friends and family, and we hope to rent this place again.
AS A PAST PRESIDENT OF MOLSON/COORS BREWERY IN CANADA I HAVE SPENT TIME IN MANY HOMES IN FLORIDA AND I WOULD RATE THIS PROPERTY AT THE TOP OF THE CLASS. OUTSTANDING IN EVERY AREA INCLUDING LOCATION. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME TO THE MOST DISCREET AND DUBIOUS CLIENTS. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED. LARRY IS A FIRST ROUND DRAFT CHOICE TO DEAL WITH, STRAIGHT UP ALL THE WAY.
The home was lovely. The location was great. The owner is easy to work with and responded quickly to emails. I would rent again.
My husband and I rented this home for a week in May and were extremely delighted with the house. The house was clean and had beautiful furnishings. The pool area was absolutely great and we were greeted each morning (while having our morning coffee) with the antics of the rabbits and squirrels, and the occasional duck. Larry has absolutely everything you will need except for food. This house was our first experience of internet renting and we were a little anxious before we got there. We were so excited with the area the house was located because it's so close to everything and easy to get around. The subdivision where the house is located has beautiful homes and equally beautiful landscaped yards. We immediately knew that a week wasn't enough, so we've already contacted Larry and will be back next year.
We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely, well appointed facility for a month last Jan/Feb. It was truly a lovely experience. The cul-de-sac was quiet, has a wonderful non-functioning golf course in the back yard for long nature walks, is close to a number of golf courses, lots of shopping, 30 minutes from the beach, and conveniently located for touring all the wonderful south Florida venues. The pics do not do it justice.
The only drawback was the lack of telephone or internet...which we understand has been rectified for our return month long stay this coming February. A great big thanks to Larry for permitting us the use of his lovely home for our 'winter break'.
Oh by the way...the neighbours are super too.
