Come stay at this new cape home in pristine condition. This private home is located near the warm waters of the Cape Cod Bay beaches in North Eastham at 65 Ships Lantern Rd. Over 2000 sq. ft of living space and a large two car garage for your vehicles, bikes or beach supplies. The yard has a large grass area (on a 3/4 Acre lot) with a comfortable mahogany deck. After playing football or passing the baseball on the lawn there is a basketball hoop on the driveway for your enjoyment. Attached to the deck is an enclosed outdoor shower to wash off after a long day at the beach or enjoy under a beautiful night sky. The home is adjacent to the Cape Cod National Seashore and affords close access to Nauset Light, Coast Guard beaches and the Salt Pond Visitor Center. The Wellfleet nostalgic drive-in movie theater and flea market is less than 5 minutes away. The Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is easily accessible as well. Provincetown has shopping, food, whale watching, and nightlife and is only 20 miles north. Having a local ice cream cone and watching the sunset over a bay beach could be in your vacation plans!!

Notes: The upstairs has 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms. Two rooms include a queen beds and the third room comfortably fits 4 single beds for the kids. The first floor has an open floor plan that includes a beautiful kitchen with Corian counter tops, new appliances and a large Island. The living room and breakfast area all flow off the kitchen. Also, there is an additional room on the first floor with a queen sized bed Additionally a washer and dryer are located on the first floor. Both the first floor and upstairs have full bathrooms with bathtub/shower combinations. Beautiful hardwood floors through most of the house. Brand new pots and pans for your cooking pleasure!
