Living room / Dining area / Kitchen complex is open and airy offering views of West Beach Tennis Club courts. Enjoy the screened in porch while listening to nature and watching sunsets. A very short walk to the beach, Cougar Point Golf Club, West Beach Tennis Club and The Straw Market shops and restaurants. This villa is "comfy and cosy" and has everything a family with 2 small kids needs! We and our kids especially enjoyed the screened porch, the short walk to the beach and the ice cream parlor at Straw Market. Charleston is only a short drive and is definitely worth a visit. Kiawah Island is very pretty; we rode bikes on the beach and the bike paths, had encounters with dolphins, alligators and deer. We spent many, many hours on the wonderful beach and in the ocean. We had a great week and hope to be back one day.

Great place to vacation. The condo looked exactly as pictures portrayed--no surprises--very pleased. We even booked an extra night at last minute. Pam Harrington Real Estate booking agent was very cordial.

Would have enjoyed being closer to beach; however we knew when making reservations there was a short walk. Kiawah is a beautiful place and we would like to return again someday.

Our stay at Kiawah was awesome . We stayed over memorial day weekend . We wished it could have been a longer stay . The villa was clean and had all that we needed during our stay . Linens were fresh and clean and the kitchen was well furnished ! The beach is very close by and the bike riding was a hit . We would stay at this villa again !
