Overlooking the eagles nest and sunset point while relaxing on the back lanai, this ranch house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Enjoy the sunrise with the morning cup of coffee on the front porch and watch the beautiful sunset on the lanai. Located in a great spot for activities, there are many things to keep you busy. Recreation centers with pickle ball, tennis, shuffleboard, boccie, dancing, arts and crafts, and many more. Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs have shopping, movies, markets, live bands and dancing, you can relax and watch or participate in the fun. The two squares have delicious dining and great desserts. Located at the end of the neighborhood there is an adult pool and close by a family pool. The Country clubs that are close by are Mallory Mill CC, Havana CC and Arnold Palmer CC, along with the following golf courses are, Turtle Mound, Sandhill, Bogarts, Bacall, Bonnita Pass, Pelican, Heron, Yankee Clipper, Redfish Run, Truman, Roosevelt.

    NO pets, NO smoking, NO subletting and NO exceptions.
    Utilities, Cable TV, trash and lawn service are included.
    Deposit/Cleaning/Security fee: $750 fully refundable after departure is no damages and no excess cleaning is required.
    Cancellation: 100% refund of deposit if more than 120 days prior to check-in. Within 120 days, no refund of deposit unless someone else rents that same time frame you booked for.
  • Routine cleaning or maid service is not included. Cleaning arrangements may be made in advance or at time of check-in with our caretaker. Any additional departure cleaning charges beyond an included $100.00 departure fee

YEARLY LEASE: We are looking for a yearly or multiple yearly lease. Can be Unfurnished or Semi furnished. Bedroom set will be bedroom #2 (beige and red), Florida room photo #5 and bar stools for kitchen. The yearly lease would be $1,500.00 per month plus utilities. No pets, No smoking. This home is two miles south of Lake Sumter Square. Has a very private backyard, facing Sunset Pointe. This ranch home is considered a designers ranch. Has granite countertops, upgraded kitchen cabinets, marble flooring. The master bathroom has two walk in closets.
