Our unit is equipped with many substantial upgrades above and beyond other units within the Fairway Villas complex. This unit features upgraded high-end furnishings and décor throughout.
The following is detailed information regarding this property at the Fairway Villas Condominium Complex in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. Our Unit ( L-1) sleeps up to eight people comfortably. Our unit features a newly upgraded eastern king-size bed (wider not longer) in the master suite, overlooking the swimming pool, golf course and the King’s Lake.
Two new full-size singles in the upstairs guest suite and a full queen sized bed in the guest suite downstairs. Also a queen-size sleeper sofa is available in the main salon. Other featured items include climate controlled air-conditioning, a beautiful white sand beach nearby, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, 36-holes of championship golf (Kings and Beach courses), beautiful tropical décor, cable color televisions with DVD players, a complete gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, a large soaking tub in master suite, a washer and dryer within the unit (a must have while vacationing), a quiet comfortable Lanai for enjoying private dining or just watching one of the many glorious Big Island sunrises. There are two sliding glass doors that open to the Lanai for easy access to the pool or barbeque. We also offer daily maid service upon request (Optional Charge).
This unit and the Fairway Villas Complex are located within close proximity to the newly renovated Marriott Resort Hotel and Beach Club and the beautiful Hilton Waikoloa Beach Resort Hotel and its World Class Spa.
Located across the pristine King’s Lake from the Fairway Villas is the magnificent King’s Shops and the all new Queens Marketplace shopping center. The Kings' Shops and Queens Marketplace provide truly the largest shopping and dining experiences on the North Kohala Coast.
The Fairway Villas gated community also offers a beautiful entertainment esplanade that features an infinity edged swimming pool with an elevated lava rock spa, a poolside picnic and dining area with multiple gas barbecue grills.
Located just a short 20 minute drive north of the Kona International Airport. Our condo is located in the heart of the Wakiloa Beach Resort.
Featured activities on Hawaii's Big Island include walking tours through the Ancient Hawaiian Petrogliphs (next to our condominium), biking (the Big Island is the home of the Ironman triathlon), golf, tennis also being available at the nearby Marriott and Hilton Hotels, a fitness center is located in the Fairway Villas complex, sport fishing, horseback riding at the nearby Parker Ranch, shopping, restaurants, cinemas (open air at Queen’s shopping center), sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, boating, sailing, water-skiing, surfing, wind surfing, para-sailing, helicopter tours, and of course the Volcanoes National Park is an absolute must see.

This was our families first visit to the Big Island. After camping for 10 days on Spencer Beach - this condo was like a dream! It is spacious, airy and very comfortable. It was so easy to get very relaxed in and had all the amenities we could imagine. Our children were thrilled with how close it was to the pool. The location is amazing - so many places to explore within a very short walking distance. We would definitely recommend this to friends and would love to stay here again.
We have been coming to the Big Island for Years and this is our #1 destination of choice! Bill has the perfect condo for the perfect price in the perfect location! This condo is spacious and has the best location right next to the pool. We love how easy it is to walk to the King's Shops and Queen's Shops as well. This condo is maintained and has everything you need for a great vacations - from beach chairs to boogie boards to a large cooler for beach outings, we are all set when we arrive. We have recommended L1 to many friends and will continue to return year after year.
This was our first trip to the Big Island. And it was the first time we rented a condominium. We usually stay in a hotel and I must say the this condo was wonderful. Just like the owner states, the grounds are beautiful the condo is bigger then the pictures make it look like. It is close to shopping and restaurants our favorite is Lava Lava. Beautiful golf course and lake surrounding the condos and the pool is just off the patio. Bill is really easy to deal with. He is quick to answer emails and I will be back great place to stay, great location. Ten minute drive to the best beach on the island Hapuna beach.
We stayed at VRBO #223489 in July 2014. It is a lovely and clean 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo. It was a quiet and very comfortable condo and in walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants The pictures and amenities posted were accurate. We certainly would rent this condo again and recommend it to friends!

We traveled to Hawaii to get married and staying in your home with all it's wonderful above and beyond amenities made this trip absolutely perfect in every way possible and stress free. Your photos don't do this property justice. It's absolutely beyond pristine. The kids felt right at home and took advantage of all the things you provided for them to use at the beach and pool! It felt as though you planned everything just for our arrival. We were most definitely spoiled and look forward to many more vacations in your home. Thanks Bill for the use of your condo for our family vacation in April. The location was perfect for us - close to pool, BBQ and of course the shops.
