Crowne Pointe is convenient to Chuck’s, Blue Creek and the Ridge marinas; Chimney Rock, and a quick 10 minutes by boat to Kowalgia. Lake Martin offers recreation for everyone: golf, sailing, fishing and unique shopping venues. A perfect football weekend spot—Auburn or Alabama national championship fans!

Located 30 miles from Auburn; 45 miles from Montgomery; 80 miles from Birmingham and 130 miles from the Atlanta airport, Crowne Jewel is an ideal meeting place for families and friends. Enjoy the lake view relaxing by the grand infinity pool, the largest on the lake. A boat slip is available --Do not own a boat? Not a problem— a pontoon may be available and if mine is not --boats are available for rent at nearby Lakeside Marina.

A 4% state/local lodging tax is added to the rental & cleaning fee charges.

One half (1/2) of the Total Rental Fee is required to hold a reservation. The amount due will be specified on the Agreement, which will be emailed to prospective renter following verbal or email intent to rent the property. Upon renter return of the signed Agreement, specified deposit and a copy of the primary renters’ driver's license, the reservation will be confirmed. If the Agreement and deposit are not received within 7 days of verbal or email agreement, the unit will be placed back on the open rental market. The balance of rental fee is due 21 days prior to the renters’ arrival date. The $250.00 security deposit will be returned to the renter, within 2 weeks, after the last day of the stay if there is no damage to condo, furnishings, common area property and no inventory is missing from the home. In addition, the security deposit will not be returned to renter if the No Smoking or No Pets rule is broken.

Cancellation: $200.00 of the $250.00 security deposit plus the rental amount paid will be refunded IF cancellation is made greater than 21 days prior to confirmed arrival date. For a cancellation 20 days or less prior to arrival date, the renter forfeits the $250.00 security deposit. To cancel a reservation, the renter must speak with F. Parker of intent to cancel. Voice message by renter on land line or cell phone is not accepted as notice of cancellation.
