Aloha, our condo is located in the family friendly Waikiki Banyan on the 12 floor. We have a beautiful side ocean view from our large lanai. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The fully furnished living room comes with a queen sleeper sofa. Off the living room and separated by sliding doors is a fully furnished bedroom with a queen bed, large dresser, and a size-able closet. Off the bedroom is a large, well-lit vanity separated from the toilet/tub-shower area by a privacy pocket door. The recently renovated, resort-like facility at the Waikiki Banyan includes a recreation deck with a large pool, hot tubs, sauna, putting/practice green, basketball court, tennis court, kids play area, BBQ grills with outdoor table seating and a snack bar The condo also comes with free high speed wireless internet and 1 free parking pass for the parkade.
