The City views From this apartment are breathtaking! There are two queen beds, dresser, flat screen TV, kitchen, bath, hardwood floors and 9' ceilings. All you need to bring is your toothbrush. The subway (MTA) system is within a few blocks to all major lines to get around NYC or just enjoy your stay in midtown.

Great time in New York City!

This studio apartment was perfect. The owner was very helpful, he met us at the building to provide us with apt. keys and was helpful with information about the apt., building and area. The apt. was clean and quite and the balcony was priceless! The location was 2 blocks from Times Square , next door to the Gershwin theater were Wicked is playing and an easy walk to groceries and spirits. We walked to Times Square , 5th Avenue , St. Patrick's Cathederal and more with two teenagers so needless to say the walk is not far! I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan .



We have never used Home Away before but we are hooked on the service and have recommended it to all our friends. The vacation was so much more enjoyable staying in an apartment with all the amenities versus a hotel.

Well where do I start....... The apt was in the perfect location 5 mins walk from everywhere. Greg met us at the apt after our flight and was VERY helpful and friendly, he even allowed us to stay a little later on the day we were due to leave. The Apt is a good size and very clean. I will defiantly stay there next time I am in NYC and would recommend to anyone

This was my third trip to NYC to visit our son who is going to college in Manhattan.The expense of hotel accommodations in Manhattan is terrific, and the commute to hotels in the surrounding areas was tiring. We decided to try a rental apartment and could not have been happier! Booking this studio apartment was a great choice. The studio was very clean and the view off the baloney was tremendous! Everything we needed was supplied, and groceries were readily available nearby. Greg was very helpful and always available to answer our questions. We truly enjoyed our visit to NYC while staying right in the midst of the city. I would definitely sty here again!

This was a great studio apartment with a balcony in the heart of midtown--couldn't have been more convenient. Greg provided all the amenities for a comfortable stay--there was even some ground coffee in the freezer. There wa an outdoor grill and outdoor dining table and chairs too. If you don't want to eat out every meal, its an easy walk to Whole Foods and a couple of smaller grocers are right on 8th. I highly recommend this property--way better than staying at a hotel, and far more affordable.
