This was def the perfect place to stay in South Beach, Miami. The location is at a quieter end of SOBE yet minutes from all the hot spots. This condo is lovely, description was 100% accurate and more. The layout and amenities were perfect for me and my friend who stayed for 7 nights. We had our own double bedroom, own bathrooms and plenty of space to enjoy a night in.

Property was clean and very well maintained. The owner provided us with the best customer service by recommending places to go in Miami and made themselves available at the click of a button. Also, the ladies in concierge are just lovely, always greeting us and making sure we were enjoying the most of South Beach (great building).

I would def recommend this property to family and friends. It’s in a good location in terms of the nicer end of the beach and Collins avenue where all the nice hotel bars and restaurants are located. Lincoln road for shopping is not far at all just a couple blocks.

I would recommend The Setai for cocktails, Delano for cocktails/dancing and Fountain Blue for clubbing. All spectacular art deco venues.

If you would like a good night sleep which you most certainly will not get if you stay on Ocean's drive which is the busiest street in SOBE then this condo is the place to be.

Rent this place if you visit Miami - 1.5 blocks from beach and 3 from Lincoln Rd

Lovely 2 bed condo - en suite on one of them and the main bath for the 2nd bedroom.

Place was very nice - very clean - great service as well as owners were cool and stuff left for you eg soap, washing powder - little things like that

Bigger than 2 rooms in a hotel and much better value - stay here!

Great Location, Reasonable Price in SoBe

My wife and I rented this property with another couple over Valentine's Day weekend in February 2009. The description provided by the owner was accurate.
The condo was quite comfortable for four adults with two large bedrooms and two separate bathrooms.

The condo was clean and well maintained. It is a short walk from the beach (approx. 2 blocks) and from the convention center. The property offers free valet parking, however, I would not recommend renting a vehicle if you are planning to stay in the South Beach area. Cabs are plentiful and it only costs around $30 for a cab ride to and from the Miami airport.

The owner provided a high level of customer service. He was willing to make recommendations regarding "must see" attractions (e.g. Art Deco buildings) and excellent local restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.
