It's the perfect vacation home, close to the parks, perfectly appointed furnishings, peaceful surroundings unlike the touristy areas, close to shopping and golf, and big enough to have quiet space from each other or to share with another family. The more you save, the happier your vacation is. This two-story townhouse has three bedrooms (a queen Master bed and bath with 32' LCD TV, two guest rooms with twin-over-full bunk beds and a trundle -- it sleeps 11 with a new pullout couch!), 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the 1st floor. A 2nd floor laundry with washer and dryer means that you can pack less and save on airline luggage fees! The 1st floor has a spacious living room and sitting area with a piano, 42' LCD TV with cable, DVD and Playstation 2. The dining area fits the largest family and full kitchen boasts stainless appliances and maple cabinets. Start each morning with hot waffles, a Keurig coffee brewer and fresh Florida OJ and you are saving from the go!

Wow... Where do I begin! We loved everything about this home! It was VERY clean and very beautiful! My daughter enjoyed watching the fireworks from our front porch and thought that was pretty neat. This home had anything you could need! Our stay at this home truely was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! We look forward to staying again... We already miss it!

This past winter, we had the good fortune of visiting my brother and sister-in-law for a few weeks in Florida. The townhouse is owned by my nephew and his wife. It was an amazing vacation. The property was immaculate, and plenty of room. They have everything you would ever need "away" from home. I can't think of anything that wasn't close by to get too. Groceries, gas ,restaurants, ect. The major atrractions were literally minutes away. We were on Disney properties every day. After saying that, its amazing being so close, and no traffic!!!!!!!!!! The community its self is lovely. You can walk around a lake and even see the fireworks at Epcot and Disney. This is a wonderful opportunity for a family to get away, and have an exciting vacation together. Thank you Derrick and Debbie!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cozy Townhome

This Townhome is very comfortable and makes you feel at home. It is conveniently located with a Publix and other shops across the street. Orange County National Golfclub is a 10min drive. There is a jogging path and possibilities to work out closeby. The townhome itself has a lot of amenities like a grill, a playstation and even a piano. Whenever we had a question the property manager was trying her best to help us. Would definitely recommend!

Great Place to Stay in Windermere!

There is not a lot of rentals in Windermere, and since my sister lives there we were excited to find this place. The location is great- right across from a Publix and a complex with a great French Bakery, and right on the back side of the Magic Kingdom so close to get to Disney. There is a park one block over if you have kids, and a nice long bridge going over a lake to a neighboring subdivision, so it was fun to explore around the townhouse. The townhouse was in great condition and it was really nice to have a grill. There was enough baking and cooking equipment so we could easily cook dinner there- they even had tupperware for our leftovers. This was a great alternative to a hotel, and with 2 kids it was much nicer to have all the room and separate bathrooms. There was plenty of towels and blankets as well. The communication with the owner was very detailed, and they always responded promptly and made sure I had all we needed before our arrival. We stayed over Christmas and they even put out a Christmas tree! I would definitely recommend anyone stay here is they are visiting central Florida!

Perfect spot!

My family and I loved this place! My kids were calling it their "new house" by the end of the week. It's a great, quiet neighborhood with a nice entrance you can't miss. It is conveniently located within a short drive to all of the parks, and easy to get to from the airport. It's a clean, spacious townhouse with all the amenities of home, including the "no place like home feeling".

After a long day at the parks, it was great to come home, have a seat on the couch and order in. And with some shopping options literally across the street we even stocked up and made some home cooked meals. It's all here... highly recommended and can't wait to go back!
