It's the perfect vacation home, close to the parks, perfectly appointed furnishings, peaceful surroundings unlike the touristy areas, close to shopping and golf, and big enough to have quiet space from each other or to share with another family. The more you save, the happier your vacation is. This two-story townhouse has three bedrooms (a queen Master bed and bath with 32' LCD TV, two guest rooms with twin-over-full bunk beds and a trundle -- it sleeps 11 with a new pullout couch!), 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the 1st floor. A 2nd floor laundry with washer and dryer means that you can pack less and save on airline luggage fees! The 1st floor has a spacious living room and sitting area with a piano, 42' LCD TV with Dish, DVD and Playstation 2. The dining area fits the largest family and full kitchen boasts stainless appliances and maple cabinets. Start each morning with hot waffles, a Keurig coffee brewer and fresh Florida OJ and you are saving from the go!

Its the perfect location for a relaxing vacation or seasonal escape.

Wonderful Experience....

Wow... Where do I begin! We loved everything about this home! It was VERY clean and very beautiful! My daughter enjoyed watching the fireworks from our front porch and thought that was pretty neat. This home had anything you could need! Our stay at this home truely was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! We look forward to staying again... We already miss it!

All the comforts of home

This spacious and comfortable townhouse made us feel like we were at home! It is well appointed with all you need to have a great get away! The location is wonderful with easy access to the parks, groceries, and restaurants. Unfortunately we were not able to see the fireworks from the condo due to the torrential downpours we had for our few days. Nonetheless, it was a great place to come home to, even if a little soggy, and relax for the evening. Highly recommend if you are looking for a Disney getaway!

Great condo near Disney

We had a wonderful week and really enjoyed having a home away from home at this condo. We were minutes from Disney and all the other attractions, grocery stores, Walgreens, restaurants and more!
My 5 year old really enjoyed the piano in the house and we liked the convenience of being able to make our own meals and get away from the heat at any point during our hot Disney visits and we could watch the fireworks every night from the parking lot in front of the house. The owners were very nice, helpful and they made the whole process very easy. We had a great week!

Wood's Townhouse

Townhouse is a great place, clean, everything you would need, very close to Disney and one exit from Seaworld. Great for a family Subway near by, and a pizza place Cici's that has soup, salad, and pizza, all you can eat for $5. Can't beat that. Plus a Walgreen and supermarket close by. I would recommend this condo for anyone.
