It's the perfect vacation home, close to the parks, perfectly appointed furnishings, peaceful surroundings unlike the touristy areas, close to shopping and golf, and big enough to have quiet space from each other or to share with another family. The more you save, the happier your vacation is. This two-story townhouse has three bedrooms (a queen Master bed and bath with 32' LCD TV, two guest rooms with twin-over-full bunk beds and a trundle -- it sleeps 9!), 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the first floor. A second floor laundry with washer and dryer means that you can pack less and save on airline luggage fees! The first floor has a spacious living room and sitting area with a piano, 42' LCD TV with Dish, DVD and Playstation 2. The dining area fits the largest family and full kitchen boasts stainless appliances and maple cabinets. Start each morning with hot waffles, a Keurig coffee brewer and fresh Florida OJ and you are saving from the go!

Wow... Where do I begin! We loved everything about this home! It was VERY clean and very beautiful! My daughter enjoyed watching the fireworks from our front porch and thought that was pretty neat. This home had anything you could need! Our stay at this home truely was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! We look forward to staying again... We already miss it!

Townhouse is a great place, clean, everything you would need, very close to Disney and one exit from Seaworld. Great for a family Subway near by, and a pizza place Cici's that has soup, salad, and pizza, all you can eat for $5. Can't beat that. Plus a Walgreen and supermarket close by. I would recommend this condo for anyone.

We had a fabulous time! The condo was more than big enough! Beds were great! Laundry room was was a definite plus! Location was fantastic to all Orlando Attractions! We will be back!

If you are looking for a comfortable, affordable and centrally located place to stay while visiting Disney then this townhouse in Windermere is the place to stay. This townhouse was easy to get to, very clean, nicely furnished and extremly comfortable- we slept better than we do at home! It includes everything you need- kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities if you choose to eat in. We preferred this rental experience over the Hotel/Resort experience as found it more relaxing especially with a 7 year old. We were not confined to one room like in a Hotel. It was a lot less expensive too! We had a great experience and will be doing it again!

The place was perfect. Everything was just as it appeared in the pictures. The owners went out of their way to provide infomation about the area.
Was like staying at a friend's home rather than a rental property. Have already rented for another week.
