Windermere Vacation Rental townhome

The place was perfect. Everything was just as it appeared in the pictures. The owners went out of their way to provide infomation about the area.
Was like staying at a friend's home rather than a rental property. Have already rented for another week.

Perfect Vacation spot
Our stay at the Windermere Townhouse was great. The condo is an excellent size for a family, the three bedrooms allowing everyone their own space. It is centrally located between the Disney World parks and Universal Studio parks so finding entertainment is easy. The owner was helpful and easy to work with he provided tips on dining and entertainment, and made the entire experience a pleasure.

We had a great time and would definitely recommend for any family looking to vacation in the Orlando, FL area.

We had never been "off property" on a Disney Vacation, so we really did not know what expect. We truly enjoy hotels for there cleanliness, modern touches, and comfort, so staying out of the park felt, well.. a little uncomfortable. UNTIL. we pulled into this community! Wow, beautiful homes, and beautiful curb appeal.We thought,well if the inside looks half as nice as the surroundings, well than it must be good. Again..Wow! The size of the Kitchen, the cleanliness, the size of the dining and family room, everything just welcomes you, but with a non-corny vacation home feel. The stainless appliances, the modern media touches, the window treatments, everything just flows. You feel in Vacation mode instantly. Upstairs was a treat, the Master bedroom was a retreat all in it's own, the color choice,and the flat screen on the wall,made it feel like a "Deluxe" resort, the spacious closet, and oh best of all, the Master Bathroom! With a deep soaking tub and plenty of space for both of us to get ready! The boys had there own bathroom ,and it also had a deep soaking tub, and the decor was so "Disney", meaning, just the right amount of "Mickey" not over done, (tasteful disney decor). The second floor laundry was just a bonus(as if I needed a Bonus thus far)The bedrooms for the kids could have there own review! The "No Wake" Room, was so clever with a play on words involving palms and surf boards, the color choice again was so tasteful and retreat feeling, and the twin over full bunk beds are a perfect detail for families,and the Mattresses, well put it this way I went out of my way to find out where the bought them! But I have to say the "Flip flop" room was my fav! It was anything but a "Flop" The bright sunny colors and window treatments will make any girl smile, the contrast of the brilliant pink and green against the white twin over full bunk was so nicely done. Well I guess I could just have enjoyed the town house for the week! With the easy walking trail around the lake, and the nightly viewing of the Magic Kingdom fireworks from right out front! The parks are a "Flick of the Wand" away! Minutes away and the navigation is done for you and in Disney Style! And the ease of cooking in that huge kitchen makes it delightful to come "Home" and cook a nice meal or enjoy a great breakfast before "charging the parks" for the day! We do love this place and coming back for a non Disney vacation would be just as Magical! Thank you for that opportunity "See ya real soon!"
