A wonderfully private, peaceful Cape Cod cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a nice sun porch, living room and a charming new, modern fully equipped kitchen. The house is tucked off the road down a long driveway on an acre+ of property. Outside you will find flowered window boxes, a lovely back yard where you can relax to the songs of our many birds, while surrounded by gardens and woods, a picnic table, a gas grill, and a new outdoor shower. The home is 0.4 mile from the Pleasant Street Beach (no daily fee), and not far from many other wonderful beaches and attractions. The popular, charming town of Chatham is only 4 miles away. It is a short walk to the popular Pisces Restaurant as well as the Box Office Cafe, a delightful coffee, muffin and sandwich shop with wireless internet and a large screen TV where movies are shown. On the other hand, you might want to go biking, seal or whale watching, fishing, boating, play golf or tennis, enjoy the bumper cars, take a scenic ride, go antiquing, hop on the ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, or even take in a movie in Wellfleet, one of the last drive-in theaters in the USA. What you won't want to miss is one of Cape Cod's glorious sunsets! The quaint, picturesque town of Chatham is a delight, if simply to stroll down the lovely street, full of magnificent flowers, or stop by a little cafe for a cup of coffee, enjoy a concert on the green, take in a live show at the Monomoy Theater, or dine at one of the fine restaurants in town.
