Bigger 3BR/3BA with loft and bonus room in Emerald Shores! Walk to the private beach, pools, & tennis court. Spacious plan with huge living room open to the kitchen and dining room. New 40' High Def Sony LCD TV! Nice backyard with porch, BBQ grill, and fenced yard for privacy. Big kitchen with mirrored backsplash & wine rack. 1st floor bathroom has a shower. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a bonus room opening to the balcony. The master has a king bed and access to the wrap around balcony. There is also a queen bedroom and one with 2 twins. The bonus room has a sleeper sofa. Big hall bath with extended shower rod for more room in the tub! The 3rd floor has an office, a wet bar, and a sleeper chair that makes into a twin bed. The 3rd floor balcony wraps around & provides plenty of room for sun bathing! Helgoland is centrally located close to the beach & all amenities in Destin. Walk to restaurants! Low rental rates and lots of room make this home special. Make wonderful memories here!

Destin is not only known for its sugar white beaches and emerald blue waters, but is also known as the 'Luckiest Fishing Village in the World.' Deep sea fishing is very popular and everyone catches something! The Destin area is also known for its Golf including one course that was on the Senior PGA tour! Shopping is plentiful with a designer outlet mall called Silver Sands Outlet Mall as well as the newly finished Destin Commons Mall. You are sure to find all of your favorite stores. There is plenty of entertainment for the kids including miniature golf, water parks, go-kart racing, etc. Enjoy yourself on the water too either on the bay side or the gulf side with para-sailing, boating, water skiing, surfing, kite surfing, you name it! It's all good and it's all fun waiting for you! Helgoland is close to everything too!
