There is plenty of room in this 3BR/2.5 BA home with a big & open living area open to the kitchen and the dining room. You'll love the big flat screen TV with high definition channels! Sleeps 10! The master is on the main floor with a king bed and access to a covered porch! The other bedrooms are upstairs and both have access to the covered 2nd floor balcony! Another king bed awaits you in the big room upstairs as well as 2 full beds in the 2nd guest room. TVs in all bedrooms. Walk to the beach or ride the tram during the summer! Walk to 2 restaurants too! Amenities for Emerald Shores include a private Beach Pavilion with restrooms, 2 pools, tennis court, & shuffle board. Destin is not only known for its sugar white beaches and emerald blue waters, but is also known as the 'Luckiest Fishing Village in the World'. Deep sea fishing is very popular and everyone catches something! The Destin area is also known for its Golf including one course that was on the Senior PGA tour! Shopping is plentiful with a designer outlet mall called Silver Sands Outlet Mall as well as the newly finished Destin Commons Mall. You are sure to find all of your favorite stores. There is plenty of entertainment for the kids including miniature golf, water parks, go-kart racing, etc. Enjoy yourself on the water too either on the bay side or the gulf side with para-sailing, boating, water skiing, surfing, kite surfing, you name it! It's all good and it's all fun waiting for you! Mar Y Sol is close to everything too!
