Enjoy this home away from home on Kiawah Island. This Sparrow Pond Cottage is comfortably furnished with hard wood floors. You will be just a short walk from the beach and the community pool. We like to sometimes have our meals on the screened porch. There is a wrap around deck with a gas grill for you to use. This cottage is ideal for families. We have tried to provide the supplies to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. Stay connected with wireless internet. Many of our guests return year after year. We look forward to welcoming your family to our cottage!

Kiawah Island: Kiawah Island is a barrier island outside of Charleston, SC. This private island is unique as there is very limited commercial development. Kiawah Island has been closely managed to maximize the enjoyment of its residents and visitors while maintaining its natural beauty. Kiawah Island boasts over 10 miles of pristine beaches. Many visitors rent bikes and enjoy riding down the hard packed sand. Wildlife abounds and don't be surprised by the number of birds and alligators that make the lagoons home. Cottage on Kiawah is a short walk and even shorter bike ride to the beach.

The process of acquiring this rental property went very smoothly from the moment I found the ad to our departure time. All photos showing the property were accurate. The cottage was very clean and comfortably. We were able to walk to the beach, eat at the local resturants, eat meals in (we shopped at the local grocery store) and drive into Charleston. There are many activities to meet all needs of a family from young to young at heart. Our family had a wonderful time together and enjoyed this propery. We would recommend this property to a friend.

This is our second winter here at Sparrow Pond. We have enjoyed the cottage and the facilities. The cottage is very clean and up-dated. It is a
beautiful area. There are books, games, puzzles and Wi Fi to enjoy inside, and a short walk to the beach. Being so close to Charleston is
wonderful for something extra to do. There are excellent restaurants in the area if you choose not to cook. If you enjoy cooking the kitchen
is very well equipped. We have had a wonderful time!

Our family has vacationed at Kiawah probably ten times. A couple of years ago we were lucky enough to visit your cottage. Your cottage has been by far the cleanest, neatest, most comfortable place we have stayed and these are the reasons we already have reservations for the summer of 2009. Thanks for caring enough to maintain such a pleasent house for my family to enjoy.

This is our 2nd winter here at at Soveler Court. We
have enjoyed the facilities and cottage here very
much. The cottage is very clean and very vacation
friendly. We have enjoyed the location, There are
books, games, puzzles and WiFi to enjoy inside, and
a short walk to the beach. All the neighbors we
have met are very friendly, and being so close to
Charleston is wonderful for something extra to do.
There are excellent restaurants in the area if you
choose not to cook. If you enjoy cooking, the
kitchen is very well equipped.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at the
Cottage and couldn't have asked for a more
relaxing vacation. The Cottage was spotless and a
great proximity to the beach. We spent our days at
the beach, riding bikes, and exploring the island.
We watched the sun set over the Marina at Bohicket
and had cocktails at The Sanctuary. We spent a day
shopping/sight seeing in Charleston, which was an
easy drive. We loved the Cottage and look forward
to spending many anniversaries there.
