Each of the bedrooms is connected to its’ own private bathroom. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, one downstairs bedroom has a full bed, the other has a fold-out queen sleeper sofa – all with luxurious bedding. Queen air mattress available if additional bed needed. Spacious and open upstairs floor plan includes kitchen, dining area, great room with pool/city/Malibu Hills views. Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes everything needed to dine-in or use the professional stainless steel outdoor BBQ while enjoying the deck and pool. State-of-the-art A/V system with two flat screen TVs – one in the living room and one in the Master – that include VHS, DVD, and DirecTV. DSL and wireless access available as well. Tastefully furnished rental includes use of the pool and 3 bicycles.
