It's a great place to getaway and enjoy many different hobbies as far as boating, fishing, jet skiing, snowmobiling, and much more. Satellite TV, DVD Player, boat slip, and dock are all included as well as washer, dryer, linens, and all your kitchen needs! No longer excepting credit cards.

it doesn't get better than this... this place rocks
Everything is top notch down to the heated floors in the bathroom. Everything is full functioning down to every radio, CD, DVD player etc.
The linens, bath towls, dish towls, dish soap, bedding, salt and pepper, many chairs outside for a bonfire are all provided. 2 full lawn chairs, gas grill worked great. Beatutiful picnic table. The listing should show off how cute outside is looking at the locks and covered boat slot. You have steps walking down to it and a nice bench to enjoy the senery. You cannot go wrong for $150 per nite. We will be back!

We just had a recent stay at this cottage. The pictures do not do it justice. It is VERY nice, clean and looks to be recently updated. The owner was very easy to work with. If you have a boat for pleasure or fishing it is perfect as the short ride to Mullett Lake. I would consider staying again.

My family and I were very pleased with this cottage. The cottage was just as it appeared online. It was very clean and beautiful. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. The town of Indian River is a very pleasant little town, there were many family activities nearby such as a state park, canoeing, rafting, bike trails, and of course, Mullet Lake. It was close enough for day trips to Mackinaw City/Island.
I would recommend this property. Wilson's Restaurant in town has the best Chicken soup and other homemade food.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
