Our condo backs up to the Petoskey State Park property line with direct access into the parks great walking trails!! The trails or the park road will take you to LittleTraverse Bay, Petoskey State Park Beach. The Traverse Bay Wheel Way is on M-119, you can reach Harbor Springs in 30 minutes riding at a leisurely pace, spend a full day riding around the bay to Charlevoix. A mile up M-119 is the Bay Tennis & Fitness club, check out what they offer at www.baytennisandfitness.com.

Bathing Beach Condo's are a short drive to so many yummy restaurants you can leave your recipes at home. However, if you like to stay in and cook our kitchen is well appointed to do so. Our two bedrooms are on the second floor and each has it own private bath, such a nice feature. We have a covered front porch with a gas grill and a back porck that is open to the trees and stars.

Across the street from Bathing Beach Condo is Toski Sands Shopping Center where you will find a wonderful selection of wines, meat & fresh fish, coffee and breads, Glenns grocery is a mile away.

Our cozy condo is a perfect place for a couple. We can connect the twin beds into another king for two couples or leave the twins for the kids. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to fix a good meal. If the cook stays home you have a great selection of resturants very close by. Check out the Petoskey Chamber of Commerse on the web for a run down of all our area has to offer.

Our condo backs up to the Petoskey State Park property line with direct access into the park for excellent X-C skiing, the conditions are awesome! Also, for you speed demons , we are located close to Boyne Highlands and Nubs where we are receiving the best powder in years. The park trails are out the back door and lead to Little Traverse Bay and the best beach in the world. The trails are a good workout on your X-C skies. All four seasons at the park are amazing. Our fitness and bowling centers are a mile away. You can jump on the bike trail and be in Harbor Springs in 30 minutes or head for Charlevoix for an all day ride.

I rented this condo for a girls weekend away. It was clean and nicely decorated. Everyone absolutely loved it! It gave us enough space so we weren't on top of each other along with feeling like home. It was close to everything and renting it was a breeze! The owners were very courteous and willing to help out if we needed anything. I look forward to renting this condo again.

I just got back from 2 days in Petosky and our rental was great. If it had a hot tub and a fireplace I may not have left. Condo was clean and in a perfect location for Petosky and Harbor Springs. Book this place and you can check one major decision of your list. Four Stars ****
