You will have everything you need to feel comfortable in this spread out home. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are windows all across the back of the house so that you can enjoy watching boat traffic and the dolphins play from all rooms.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We rent from Saturday to Saturday usually, but there are exceptions. There is a 10% Florida tax, except when renting six months or more.
    Deposits
    We ask for a 25% deposit of the total rental fee plus a cleaning/damage deposit of $300 (refundable after everything is clean and nothing is broken). The balance is due one month before your arrival date.
    Refunds
    Cancellations must be made in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel and the property is not re-rented. If the property is re-rented, all money will be returned within thirty (30) days of the new booking date.
