This 3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath Condo was completely Renovated by the new owner 2021 and is a true Luxurious Oasis.

Carillon Beach Resort offers a Mile of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. The guests of the Sunrise Condo Building have exclusive access to the Resort Pool (adjacent to and viewable from this condo) which is a spectacularly over-sized pool overlooking Lake Carillon. The large deck area is accented with Palm trees and cobalt blue tiles and planters. The Resort Pool area also has two HOT TUBS under covered open-air structures overlooking Lake Carillon. Enjoy a dip in the pool and then relax in the hot tub while you enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Additional Carillon Beach Resort Amenities include: 3 additional community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and the East Pool. Pool Hours are from 8AM until 10PM and the pools are heated as needed.
There are also tennis courts, a full basketball court, play ground and multiple large green spaces for play. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with restaurants, ice-cream parlor, exercise club, yoga studio, General Store, and fabulous Baliage Salon and Spa and 3 restaurants. Lovely!

Such a comfortable and luxurious experience. The beds were comfortable and plush (1 softer mattress and 2 more on the firm end) good selection of throw blankets and pillows, and a reclining sofa made it easy to enjoy rainy days.

Perfect condo for families

This is condo was perfect for our group. Location is wonderful, easy walk to a gorgeous private beach. The pool is right next door!

Great fanily spot

We were able to check in early, which was great with little kids. Any time we had questions Ronna was very responsive. The location and atmosphere was a great escape, and such a nice area.

Perfection

We are headed home from a week stay. Such a spacious condo. The location simply can’t be beat. You literally walk out of the condo to the pool and pond (which my 6 year enjoyed fishing in). Quick walk to the beach, but we rented a golf cart to cruise around the community. We will be back!
