The Cocobelle Residence is located on one of the famous canals with gulf access of Cape Coral, called the Venice of Florida! It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, living room, kitchen, office area with internet access, dining area, a large pool patio (BBQ grill) a front patio, large laundry room with washer & dryer, and a garage. This 2,400 SF home is beautiful furnished and tastefully decorated. It comes full equipped. The Master bedroom suite has 2 sliding doors - one facing the water and one the pool area. It has a walk in closet with California closets. The huge Master bathroom has his and her sink and a big walk in shower and a whirlpool tub. The 2nd bedroom has sliding doors to the pool area, too. The 3rd bedroom has garden view. All rooms are either tiled or have hardwood floors. The house features a boat dock with a boat lift. The pool is electric heated. More pictures available! We had a wonderful vacation at Cocobelle. It is a gorgeous home and the pictures do not do it justice. It was immaculate when we arrived. Everything was just as it was stated on the website. Every ammenity was available to us from any imaginable kitchen appliance and utensil to cook a gormet meal to the gas grill and of course, the great pool.
While we were here we rented a boat from Pelican boat rentals as Dorothee had suggested. Pierre, one of the owners, was great and even gave us an extra day since we came in around noon to rent the boat. He gave us extensive info on navigating the Gulf waters including multifple maps. Thomas, the house manager, was very friendly and helpful. He also gave us tips on navigating the water around Sanibel Island and on the local restaurants there and in Cape Coral.
We had a very relaxing vacation here and can't wait to come back again. We have told many friends about our trip and hope they take our advice to explore Cape Coral and stay at Cocobelle.

Cocobelle is Great

"Cocobell" is exactly as advertised. It is roomy, bright and very clean. It is located in a quiet neighbood, only a five minute drive from major shopping areas. The boat-dock on the canal at the rear of the house was more than adequate for the 21' boat that we rented from "Paradise Boat Rentals" (who provided excellent service) and it was the perfect starting point for our daily fishing /boating excursions. "Thomas" the property manager was quick to respond to our enquiries. This was our first visit to "Cocobelle" but we have already booked for 2010.
Stay at "Cocobelle", you will love it.

Trip to Cape Coral.

A wonderful place, well equipped with a heated pool. Description was very accuurate, place was well maintained and very clean. located near almost anything you would want on a vacation, restaurants, shopping, entertainment. I would highly recommend this property. Just love stone crab and they were in season during my trip. You will need a car to get arround but travel to most places I wanted to go were within a few miles. Pictures on site are accurate and reflect exactly what was there. Nice and quiet just off a main road connecting to everything. If you like plants the place is very well lanscaped and was a wonderful change from the ice and snow of New England. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly and everything went well with check in and check out. All in all I had a great stay and will use this service again.
