Just south of La Jolla, two blocks from miles of sand at Tourmaline Beach this 2000 s'f' family home with 1000 s'f' Guesthouse offers a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. Enjoy entertaining the whole family and Guests in the large private patio and yard with outdoor dining table, conversation area with sofa, chairs, hammock and a bubbling fountain. Both living rooms feature 42' HDTVs with premium cable, HBO and Showtime and Movie Channels on Demand. Some bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, remodeled with Waterworks top of the line mosaic tiles and pedestal sinks. The larger home features a wood burning fireplace for cozy evenings although most evenings can be spent entertaining outside in San Diego's near perfect year round weather. All the expected amenities are included: WIFI, telephone, linens, beach towels, bath towels and a couple of extra daybeds for additional sleeping up to 14 people or more! Pets are more than welcome in the fully fenced in family resort.

Perfect for 4 families!

We stayed at these two homes with our friends, 4 couples and 8 kids and we were very comfortable. The large home has a huge living room with a sectional sofa and a daybed for the younger kids to sleep on and the owner's provided us with extra aero beds and a futon so the kid's enjoyed their camp out every night.

Meanwhile, the adults and teenagers had plenty of room and privacy with 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms in both homes. The older kids loved the 42" HDTV in the Guesthouse living room!

The beach was close by and the teenagers especially liked Ocean front walk with the Wavehouse, Konos, the Boardwalk, surf shops, biking and rollerblading.Our two dogs enjoyed walks on the beach everyday!

We ate most of our meals outside, but the dining room inside is huge and also accomodated our group wonderfully.

We could not have replicated this vacation in a hotel for the price! Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach homes with us!

Fantastic Family Reunion at the Beach!

We loved these two homes for our large family reunion in September. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed entertaining the whole family in the large backyard, ate most of our meals outside at the dining table and even had the firepit going at night.

The living room of the main house is huge and the large flatscreen TV with all the great HBO and Showtime shows and movies was a hit. The kids liked having their own rooms and private bathrooms. The dining room was perfect for our big family.

The Grandparents and some cousins stayed in the Guest house next door and it was great going back and forth to see everyone, but still maintaining some privacy. Grandpa had his own 42" TV with cable! We loved these homes and Tourmaline Beach is the best, miles of sand, even the dogs enjoed their long walks at sunset.

We'll be back next year, for sure!
