Welcome to Ocean Blue! This custom built home features over 4,100 square feet of fantastic ocean front living. Each of the four bedrooms has it's own private full bathroom. The master suite is second to none, with panoramic ocean views from the second floor, and a private open balcony and screened patio. The second master bedroom, downstairs features a queen bed and large private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has three twin beds and a private bathroom. The 4th bedroom features 2 twins and a double, TV, and private bathroom. The open floorplan allows for family gathering in the kitchen and living areas. The fully furnished kitchen opens to the dining area and has marvelous views of the Atlantic. The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace and plenty of seating for everyone. The media room has a sleeper sofa and can be used as a 5th bedroom. The backyard features a large open patio and back yard, perfect for a wedding on the beach. Ask about our wedding packages.

Ocean Blue direct oceanfront, on a lovely barrier island between the Atlantic ocean and the IntraCoastal Waterway. Since there are only single family homes and a few nice restaurants here, the beach is very private, peaceful, and quiet. No cars are allowed on the beach, and there are no high rises or fast food joints to interrupt your serenity. We do have several excellent restaurants and shopping for every day items within a five minute drive! The Serenata Beach Club, with its 3 huge pools, work out facility, and activities for children, is just a mile away. A fabulous nature park with trails is two miles away. In 10 minutes you can be in downtown historic St. Augustine with lots of attractions, great seafood, fun shopping, fishing and boating, many golf courses, including the World Golf Village, and more. In 15 minutes you can be in posh Ponte Vedra, with more great restaurants, shopping, and more golf! Day trips to Disney, Daytona Speedway, and Marineland are easy!

    $200 non refundable pet fee for first pet, $200 refundable pet fee for second pet.

  • Ocean Blue is available for weddings. There is an additional $500 wedding fee and a refundable $2,500 damage deposit is required. Weddings and reception must take place in the back yard and the beach.

  • The spacious upstairs master bathroom is accented in beautiful tile and features his and hers vanities, and a large walk-in shower. The downstairs master bathroom has a full shower and bath tub. Both bathrooms 3 and 4 feature full showers and bath tubs. All bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are supplied.

  • The master bedroom is fit for a king. It is located on the second floor and spans almost the length of the house. It features a plush king bed, large TV, gas fireplace, and a marvelous bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a mini fridge and freezer, computer and printer. This wonderful bedroom has walls of windows offering unmatched views of the beach and ocean. There is a large private balcony and screened patio off of the master retreat. From these, a spiral staircase leads you down to the patio and back yard below. Downstairs, you'll find the second master bedroom with a cozy queen bed. This room also has a large private bathroom with shower and tub. Next to this room is the 3rd bedroom. This open room has 3 twin beds, closet, and a full bathroom. At the north end of the house is the 4th bedroom. Here are three more beds, two twins and a double. This room also has a TV (kids can bring their game system from home and hook it up here!), closet, and a full bathroom.
