  • A $300 refundable security deposit will be required at the time of reservation to reserve the dates requested. Payment of deposit must be received within 24 hours to hold the reservation. If deposit is not paid within 24 hours the dates will be released.
    This deposit will be returned 7-10 days after check-out provided items listed on rental agreement are adhered to. (Rental agreement must be agreed to prior to paying security deposit)
