Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Home. This 2900 sq ft Suttons Bay Village Home enjoys a beautiful large private deck, and is located 100' from Suttons Bay Marina Park with it's beautiful sandy beach, playground and marina. Extra large lot offers a wonderful partially treed, park-like setting with re-circulating pond with waterfall. Home also has a large 2 car detached garage, front and back drive entries, walkout back deck and more! Bedrooms: The master suite has a queen bed, walk-in closet, bathroom, and a private balcony with a Bay View. Bedroom # 2 has a queen bed, and TV with cable. #3 has bunk beds and #4 has a full size futon bed. After spending the day on the water (or on the golf course), you can unwind with some of the area's finest wine on your own private deck, sit and relax with a book by the pond, surf the web, or you can challenge a family member to a game of Ping Pong, or shoot some hoops, then walk across the street for a 'Moomers' ice cream cone.
