Downtown Austin Hook 'Em Horns 3BR/2bath Condo!
What a great Texas city but downtown is the best part of the city and this 3 BR/2 BA condo is in the heart of downtown. Take a cab from the airport and don't even rent a car. You can walk to all the downtown arts, entertainment, restaurants, bars, live music venues and famous Lady Bird Lake (Town Lake) Hike & Bike Trail.
The world headquarters flagship store of Whole Foods is a long walk (10 min) or very short cab ride away. 'SoCo' = South Congress Avenue shopping and restaurants are a 15 min walk away by just crossing Town Lake from downtown. This is an amazing location and the living space is great too. Living room and kitchen have granite counter breakfast island open to the living area which features leather chair, sofa and pub table w/ 4 barstools.
Two bedrooms on the main level each feature a queen sized bed and 2 bathrooms. A small loft is up a spiral staircase and offers a small sitting area w/ 2 chairs overlooking the city lights/buildings and a 3rd bedroom in the loft which has 2 twin beds. Covered and gated parking comes with the unit.
**Please note this unit is on the 3rd floor and no elevator available so do not lease if you cannot bring bags up 3 floors or stairs are a problem.**

The neighbors are full time adult professionals/residents and the unit may not be leased for a party. It's a great home and home base for people wishing to visit Austin, live like a local and avoid being in the hotels. Walk across the street to one of the bars for time to be loud and crazy. Location is also across the street from Austin Convention Center so literally a 1-2 minute commute for those in Austin on business.

'Just wanted to say thanks for arranging the rental. The unit was perfect for our family’s needs. While we were waiting for teammates to compete at the Convention Center, we could hang out at the condo and just cross the street when they were ready. Probably the best part of our stay was being able to go back and forth to the unit for lunch and snacks – we managed to avoid most of the unhealthy and expensive concessions-type food. Having a reserved parking spot in an enclosed area was also a plus. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to Austin for another tournament!

It's in the heart of downtown Austin walking distance to many great attractions including the Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail plus hundreds of restaurants, live music, arts and entertainment.
It's a property where you can walk out the door and be downtown plus across the street from the convention center. 99% of the neighborhoods in Austin are not pedestrian friendly like larger cities but Downtown Austin is a genuine walking area.
Property is located next to the Convention Center and adjacent to the Hilton. At the intersection of 4th and Trinity
