INCREDIBLE VIEWS; SAFE, CLEAN NEIGHBORHOOD; EASY ACCESS.

the flat in a nice area , very family oriented area . there is Taxi's stand next to the building . the metro is not that close . plus to take a cab to the metro and then take 2 metro to take u where u r going is pain in the neck . just take the cab and make sure they have their meter on . u end up paying the same thing or even less. now the flat in my opinion need a new beds for all 3 bedrooms . my 16 years old slept in the pull out bed and he kept saying that something about it keep making him up . me and my 9 years old shared the bed in the 2nd bedroom to tell u the truth it was so painful and we were living on advil from our back pain . the mattres is not even . its lumpy from the middle and not even with the sides . u feel u t rolling out of bed . my 9 years old dropped 4 times from the bed cuz of this issue . the 3rd bedroom have folding mattress that was used by my 14 years old . she was not having good time with the top where she puts her head as it was wood so there was a worn out baby mattress behind the folding mattress and we used it on top of the wood area . that made it even worse cuz she have that area higher than the rest of her body. the bathrooms were not cleaned good when we arrived , my kids refused to use any until i cleaned both bathrooms . by the 3rd night i hired the cleaning lady to come and clean the flat . the kitchen have everything u need . i did not cook at all but we did have breakfast and late snacks. there is a mall nearby like 10 min walk the mall was a must lunch place for us every day . the food was good and super clean . Oya is super nice lady and was very helpful before our arrival . i would recommend this place again if i know for a fact there is new beds in all 3 bedrooms .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well equipped, nicely decorated condo in a wonderful area of Istanbul. While some may think being 45 minutes (via public transportation) away from the Old Town area is a disadvantage, we and our family members found it to be a comfortable retreat after tourist activities. With Akmerkez Mall an easy 10 minute walk away, a superb city part the same, shops, restaurants, bus and taxis stands at your doorstep, we found Oya's unit to be in the perfect location for all that we wanted to do. The best part is certainly the views from this condo. You have virtually a panoramic window to the entire Istanbul area including the Asian side, a great deal of the Bosphorus, the 'Second Bridge,' and all in between. This unit is suited for families including small children and Oya and the building's caretakers ensure that you have a hassle-free stay. I highly recommend that anyone coming to Istanbul should consider this condo for their accommodations. Raleigh, NC
