This is a very nice 2550 sq ft home under air with 4 bedrooms ( 4th bedroom has a pull out sleeper ) 2 bathrooms and a very nice disappearing edge heated pool. The house is located in the SW part of Cape Coral on Rosemary lake - come and enjoy the spectacular water views. The patio offers west exposure, inviting guests to relax by the pool and watch the sunsets. The house comes also with lots of extras like a boat dock with a lift and a very nice gourmet kitchen. The open water is just 10-15 minutes away by boat 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms - Master bathroom with walk in shower Electric heated pool Boat Dock with 16 thousand pound lift 2500 sq feet under air Large open kitchen with granite counter tops Breakfast area with large glass front overlooking the pool and the water 3 car garage Amenities: Gas Grill Pool shower Washer & Dryer 3 TVs

Many people keep their boat docked behind their home with the Gulf of Mexico just minutes away.Just minutes from pristine beaches and Gulf waters, Cape Coral really does have something for everyone!Area flora and fauna includes 'walking' mangrove trees, burrowing owls and the great manatee . Take care around those endangered walrus-like creatures, though, because 'even luring one with lettuce can bring fines up to $20,000 and a year as a guest of the state.'
