The house is fully equipped and located on the nice and wide spreader canal in the SW part of Cape Coral. It also offers a boat dock with a lift. A perfect place to enjoy an evening drink at the pool bar as the sun goes down. The house has lots of privacy because there are no homes across the canal. This beautifully landscaped home has weekly lawn and pool maintenance for you convenience.
