WOW...Fabulous Sit-Down White Views - Steps to Beach, Pier, Ocean

Our first impression when we walked in was ...WOW...even more charming than the pictures. We were here for two weeks and it was a most memorable vacation from start to finish. The owner was a delight to work with and even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us upon our arrival as she found out we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The unit really is fully equipped with everything you can imagaine, very clean and tastefully done. The location was perfect and we enjoyed walking everywhere we went. The highlight was enjoying cocktails on the balcony, the whitewater view and hearing the waves!
Highly recommend the Sunday Farmer's Market, South of Nick's Restaurant, Brick Pizza and The Fisherman Restaurant on the pier. We look forward to coming back in the near future. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND - 5 stars plus!

My family and I stayed in this San Clemente beach condo for a month (July-beg.of August 2011) and LOVED it! The place itself was very comfortable & it is nicely decorated with a beach theme throughout. It had everything you could possibly need in a beach rental. The listing description is very accurate regarding ammenities, location, etc. I agree with the other posting that it is even better in person than in the pictures. We really enjoyed the heated pool/spa, BBQ, firepit and patio table and chairs down at the clubhouse. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised at how large the patio/balcony really was in person (sits 6 adults without a problem). It is wonderful to hear the ocean waves from inside the condo, especially in the second bedroom, which is a perfect way to fall asleep at night. The condo is a short 5 min. walk downhill [we brought a wagon to haul our 2 yr. old and beach equipment and coming back up from the beach was a little more of a physical challenge but not unbearable]. The beach itself has a great Fisherman's Restaurant, snack shack, pizza shop, mini grocery store, swing sets, picnic tables, public bathrooms and permanent palapas every so many feet, which we loved to get for extra shade for the family for the day! We really enjoyed everything that this particular beach offered for the family.
It is an even shorter walk up into town with shopping & restaurants (Nick's restaurant in town was our family's favorite!) On Sunday's there is a Farmer's Market in town and in July there is an Ocean Festival, which is fun to walk down and attend on the beach without having to deal with parking. There was a concert on the beach and we didn't even have to leave the condo to hear the great music!
The only heads up is that the pull out sofa bed mattress isn't very comfortable but there is plenty of room to put down a queen size air mattress instead.
The owner was very helpful & accomodating in all aspects of making this the perfect summer vacation. We would absolutely recommend this property and hope that was can return again next summer! Thank You :)

Fantastic condo and fantastic location. Nicely decorated and everything you could ask for....all the comforts of home. Beautiful white water views and you can actually hear the waves! Owner was a real pleaure to work with and very accomodating.
