This lovely condo features an expansive view of the entire downtown from the ocean to the west and the hills to the east. The building is newly constructed with 24 hour concierge service and secured, underground parking. A ride on the adjacent funicular or a 10 minute walk and you are in the heart of the vibrant downtown. Enjoy the shops, restaurants, historic buildings and landmarks. Another 15 minute walk and you are at the ocean pedestrian walkway with breathtaking views of the Pacific and the world class casino. Viña del Mar Universities and exchange student housing are within walking distance, a quick bus ride or a short drive. Property Management: The owner will check you in. The concierge provides 24 hour service such as arranging for a taxi and notifying you of visitors. The owner is available if there are any problems related to the condo that the concierge can not assist you with.

Building Description: You will be staying in a quiet building which is your retreat from the city activities. The building is designed for privacy. There is only one other condo unit on your floor, the upper floors have only one unit per floor and the lower floors have three units per floor.

Central Chile: If you have never visited Central Chile, the natural beauty of the country is wonderful. The endless miles of coast and ocean views, the masses of trees and flowers, the rolling hills, green vineyards, towering Andes. The Chilean people welcome visitors and are courteous and helpful.

The condo is centrally located in Vina with easy walking access to downtown shopping and grocery stores. The condo is a beautiful two bedroom two bath offering all the amenities and comfort of being in your own home. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Vina.
