Housekeeper/ caretaker included: This property comes with an exceptional housekeeper who is local to the area and brings great knowledge of the property and area attractions. Housekeeping will include week-day cleaning and bed-making, attention to any household needs. Full laundry service available as is meal preparation (a wonderful cook), grocery shopping and small errands. She can even drop you and pick you up again at the slopes so you can avoid any parking hassles. She can also provide babysitting as needed-- and your children will adore her!

Garage & Parking: 2 car garage available, although there is ample space to keep vehicles outside.

17 acres of prime Aspen land at your fingertips: This location is truly lovely. Walk the grounds for a fun adventure -- if you're up for it, sled down the hill in the back and enjoy all the beauty that the area has to offer. We often see herds of elk in the winter, and in Summer, you can enjoy views of cattle grazing on the lower pastures. There is a barn on the property with a live-in caretaker so any needs can be addressed immediately.

Ski: Arguably the best skiing in the country is a short drive away.

Other Activities: Aspen's fabulous rec center is just a drive away.
