Serendipity is a newly built, 5000 sf extraordinary home located on two private landscaped acres, on prestigious East Shore Road. Everything about this home says fabulous living or summer vacation, from the extensive interior woodwork, exquisite furnishings and sparkling swimming pool to the central A/C. Perfect for family gatherings.

Serendipity is professionally decorated with leather furnishings, poster beds and Oriental carpets. Immaculate with new paint and hardwood floors throughout, new linens and new furnishings. Relax in the sunroom, covered porch and/or decks overlooking the swimming pool. The pool area is fenced and includes an adjacent pool house with outdoor shower and lavette.

Serendipity boasts four master suites, each with its own tiled private bath. The first floor features:

* Two master queen bedroom suites with private baths,

* Gourmet kitchen with granite counters, a cooking island, sitting area, and lavette,

* Dining room open to the kitchen and sunroom,

* Living room with native stone fireplace adjacent to a home office and mudroom.

The second floor has two additional master bedroom suites, each with a private bath - one queen bedroom, and another bedroom with two twin beds. This level also has a lovely family room and a separate laundry room.

The lower level has a private room with two queen beds, a full bath, wetbar and small dining table, and a large great room with a sitting area (including a queen leather sleep sofa) and ping-pong table.

Located on the east shore of Jamestown, you are just five minutes from the center of Jamestown and 15 minutes to famous Newport.

There were 13 of us there for a wedding and we could not have been more delighted with this house, just perfect. Lovely house, clean, bright, with plenty of space for people to feel like their actually alone, if need be.

We spent the weekend and enjoyed the pool, cookout and the home very much, may even come back on our friends anniversary with the gang, just to recreate that weekend. PERFECT

Perfect for families!

We stayed here with 3 other families and we all had smaller children (under 4). There was plenty of room and it was very nice that each family had their own bathroom. Everyone had an amazing time! The pictures really don't do this house justice. The yard was huge with visits from deer multiple times a day, which the kids loved. Everything was clean and the owner was very responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Serendipity EXCEEDED all of our expectations! From the high quality and spaciousness of the interior to the tranquil beauty of the property, we couldn't have imagined a more perfect getaway for our family. The photos do not do this property justice. We felt at home the minute we arrived. Our children and grandchildren said this was the best vacation EVER!
