This spacious, comfortable and easily accessible 10 room home is set in Upper Pebble Beach and the Del Monte Forest. The setting is sunnier and warmer with little or no wind and easy access to all of the beauty of the Monterey Peninsula. Carmel and Monterey are 1.5 miles, while the Lodge at Pebble Beach, Spyglass & Spanish Bay are within minutes. The home has two separate wings with a total of 3,150 sq ft of living space. All three of the bathrooms and three bedrooms of this California ranch style home have been remodeled. Each Wing has its own Master Suite with California King Size bed and with attached own bathroom. A third bathroom with walk in shower is located in the hall of the Main House and is adjacent to a bedroom with a queen bed. All bed and bath linens are provided as well as a basic supply of soap, paper and kitchen products. Should you use to eat in, the Main House kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, linens, pots/pans and spices.
